There is just nothing quite like a mango smoothie recipe. Mangoes are one of the few fruits that help create a creamy base. Yummy!
This fruit is best known to be combined with pineapple and coconut to make a fabulous pina colada smoothie recipe. But as you can see, there are many other delicious possibilities.
Whenever I visualize a mango smoothie, I see myself reclining out on a tropical beach soaking up some vitamin D with my frozen drink in hand. Perhaps, the high magnesium and calcium content in mangoes not only help with relaxing the body, but it also relaxes the mind too. Just a thought.
