Coconut Vanilla Latte
1/4 cup coconut milk powder
1 cup coffee, chilled
5 dates, pitted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon psyllium powder
1/4 teaspoon stevia powder or other sugar-free sweetener
8-10 ice cubes
Let the dates, vanilla, and coffee soak for 15 minutes and blend. Add the other ingredients in the blender and blend until completely smooth. Makes 2 cups
Healthy Vanilla Shake
1/3 cup almonds, raw
1/2 cup chopped dates
1 teaspoon psyllium powder
1/2 teaspoon stevia or other sugar-free sweetener
1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup water
10-12 ice cubes
Blend the almonds and dates until it creates a pudding consistency. Add the the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
Macadamia Vanilla Shake
1/4 cup macadamia nuts, raw
1 cup water
8 dates, pitted
1/4 tsp stevia or other sugar-free sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 ice cubes
Blend the nuts, water, and dates until completely smooth. Add all of the rest of the ingredients and blend again. Makes 2 - 1 cup servings
Vanilla Orange Smoothie
5 raw almonds
6 dates, pitted
1 cup water
1 frozen banana, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
2 drops orange oil or 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
2-4 ice cubes if needed
Completely blend the almonds, dates, and water in the blender. Add the other ingredients and blend again.
