I don't have exact measurements, as I've been making these for a while now. I just eyeball it!
Banana Almond Oatmeal Smoothie
1 banana (or 2!)
generous pour of old fashioned oatmeal (uncooked)
1/2 cup of almonds
liquid - I've tried o.j., milk my fav is almond milk, or even Greek yogurt
touch of honey
sprinkle with cinnamon
add about 6 ice cubes one at a time
Blend & enjoy in previously frozen mug!
Experiment with different varieties of fruits, too.
