Blackberry Banana Smoothie
1/2 cup of milk (soy,whole)
1/2 cup of berries (I used frozen organic blackberries for this recipe)
1/2 banana
2 tablespoons of yogurt
About a cup of ice
Put all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend to your perfection.
Real Tasty!!! This one is one of my favorites!
