Chunky Monkey Smoothie

crunchy almond butter - 1 heaping tbsp
1 banana
1 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp honey
couple shakes of cinnamon spice

Mix and blend well and enjoy!

(add ice cubes if you prefer the smoothie colder)
