1 1/2 cups of pure coconut water (w/pulp)
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 handful of spinach (or kale spinach mix)
1 stalk of celery
1/4 cucumber with skin
2 tsp chia seeds
Blend together & enjoy right away!
