I love the original Good Earth tea....it has a natural sweetness and contains lots of good things: Black tea, Rosehips, Cinnamon, Chamomile, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Papaya, Jasmine Tea, Anise Seed, Ginger Root, Orange Peel, Orange Oil.
Good Earth Tea Smoothie
I brew a strong batch of tea and then put it in the frig the night before. The next morning, I use it as a base for my smoothie which usually includes spinach, chia seeds, protein powder, banana, blueberries and cherries.
My husband is very picky but he says this is his favorite smoothie! I've tried brewing green tea and others but their flavor just isn't as strong so doesn't influence the overall flavor as much.
Love your tips....keep them coming!
*DaNae's Note: Your smoothie recipe with Good Earth tea looks delicious! I love drinking Good Earth tea by itself. I'll have to try adding it to a smoothie. Thanks for the tip!
