I started drinking green smoothies over a year ago. I drink one every morning after my workout and sometimes in the afternoon. I feel more energetic and look even younger. My green smoothie consist of....
1. 2 cups of organic spinach
2. 1 scoop of vegan protein powder(vanilla flavor)
3. 1/2 cup of organic blueberries
4. 1 tbsp. of flax seeds
5. 1 organic banana
6. 1 dash of cinnamon

I like that you add cinnamon to your smoothie. Cinnamon has shown to help keep the blood sugars stable. So finding ways to add it to your every day foods would benefit most people.
The flax seeds could also help the blood sugars levels with the fiber. Plus, these little seeds are packed with omega 3's. Great for the brain and joints.
