NB's Breakfast Smoothie
Three tablespoons of Low fat yogurt
One small ripe Avocado
One ripe Peach
One Banana
One Orange
Handful of seedless Red Grapes if you like and leave out Avocado
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Cool and refreshing!
