Raw Cereal Smoothie

The night before: In a large glass measure cup put 2 or 3 tbs. of steel cut or rolled oats and add seeds, nuts, dried fruits and cinnamon. Cover by 1/2 inch with pure water. Let sit overnight.

In the morning pour into a blender and add a ripe banana or 1 piece of fruit of choice and blend well. Drink from a glass or pour into a bowl and eat.

You can use walnuts, almonds, flax seed, sesame seed, hemp seed, pumpkin seed, goji berries, dried fruit, dates, prunes..... whatever you have or like. Nutritious, filling and fast !
