Red Bean Sensation Smoothie
1 cup of Light Plain Soy Milk
1/2 cup of cooked red beans
1 banana - Room temp or frozen
4 Large shredded Kale leaves, no stems
1 teaspoon of honey
In a high powered blender, blend the soy milk, shredded Kale leaves and red beans in the blender until a smooth consistency. Then add the honey and banana and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
This smoothie is delicious and will keep you going well into the lunch hour!
