I've tried some of your smoothie recipes. Thank you! I am feeling really good, and I am so happy to be able to eat kale in this way every day.
Here's a variation I made this morning when I ran out of kale:
Spectrum Smoothie
parsley
lettuce
red cabbage
brown sugar
honey
blueberry/pomegranite yogurt
Plum
watermelon
pineapple
*DaNae's Note: This looks like a tasty smoothie combination. Way to go trying new things! I do like to keep to 1-3 different types of fruit in each smoothie and 1-3 different types of greens.
