Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry Smoothie

1 cup water

1/3 cup 2% milk*

1/2 cup of strawberries

First add the strawberries. Now add your water. And last add your milk, now blend until it's a good thickness!

*If you are allergic... you may use alternative milks instead of dairy milk. Some good options are almond, hemp, coconut, and rice milks.
