The Smoothie of the Day
12 oz frozen blackberries
one apple (core removed)
one banana (peeled)
one orange
one non fat or low yogurt
5 spoonfuls of psyllium powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 spoonfuls of flax seed meal
one handful of baby spinach leaves
one handful of collard greens
a few pieces of celery leaves
2 carrots (shaved/peeled and cut up)
12 ozs of water
Blend all together.
