Berry Chocolate Cream Smoothie
First blend:
- 8 strawberries cut small
Then add:
- 4 small raspberries (so there's no seeds, blend with the strawberries)
Next step:
-Add a little bit of milk
- 2 big spoonfuls of ice cream
Blend with strawberries and raspberries
Now blend in:
Tiny bit of orange juice, 3 spoonfuls of chocolate sauce/syrup
You're smoothies are ready! We used a magic bullet to do this, but a normal blender would work.

Alyssa has shared with us a scrumptious smoothie recipe. I personally love the name "Yummaberry". Super fun! This smoothie would make for a great option to replace a meal for one person.
Now, Alyssa didn't list any frozen ingredients in the recipe... so if you like a cooler smoothie, I would use frozen blueberries or freeze the banana. You could also add extra ice. I personally would not use frozen strawberries, because the fresh strawberries have so much more flavor than their frozen counterpart.
To lower the sugar content, use plain yogurt instead of the vanilla yogurt and add stevia to taste.
Thanks for sharing the recipe!
Happy Blending!
Yummaberry Blend Smoothie
1 cup of blueberries
Half a cup of strawberries
1 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
Half a banana
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend on low for 10-20 seconds and then on high until smooth.

Berry Chocolate Smoothie
Chocolate soy milk* (Natura)
Frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Add the chocolate soy milk and the frozen berries into the blender. Blend until smooth. Easy and yummy! Oh ya... and healthy!
*DaNae's Note: Danielle, thank you for sharing your smoothie recipe. I really like chocolate and berries mixed. For those who are avoiding soy products, try using chocolate almond milk. It is a tasty alternative. Thanks again!
