Lemonade Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
1 cup of frozen blueberries
2 tsp powdered Crystal Light Lemonade*
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup water
5 ice cubes
Blend all together until smooth, and enjoy!
*DaNae's Note: If you are avoiding aspartame (which is in most Crystal Light products), you can try the new Crystal Light Pure Fitness Lemon Lime powder. It is sweetened with stevia and cane sugar.
1 1/2 cups almond milk*
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tsp vanilla
Blend all the above ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
*It doesn't have to be almond milk. It can be rice milk, coconut milk, etc.
Also, if the smoothie is too thick for your blender or liking, add more milk as needed. These are just approximate measurements, so add or take away as needed. :)
*DaNae's Note: A chocolate berry smoothie... absolutely delicious! Thank you for taking the time to share this yummy smoothie recipe.

Greg has shared with us a great recipe alternative for a blueberry shake. Blend these ingredients up smooth, and I'm sure that your kids will drink this right up. But if you are blending this for multiple people, I would at least double if not triple the recipe. It all depends on how much you will drink.
For those who may be allergic to the dairy... as you probably know... there are many options for you. I would try using So Delicious coconut milk, hemp milk, or even try blending up your own almond milk. There are many milk options for you to try with this recipe.
Anyways... thank you Greg for sharing your smoothie recipe with all of us. I wish you all the best!
Happy Blending!
