This sweet yet zesty green smoothie gives you a unique way to drink your greens. I only use 3 large swiss chard leaves in this recipe. But when I make this for myself, I add 3 more leaves. (I'm trying to get as many greens into my diet as possible.) So I usually blend this smoothie for my family. Then I make one for myself with the extra greens. Enjoy!
Zesty Swiss Chard Green Smoothie
1-2 bananas
1 orange, peeled and seeded
1 cup raspberries, frozen
3 large swiss chard leaves
1 dropper full of lemon stevia or 1/2 tsp powdered stevia (Optional)
2 cups water
Place the banana(s) and the orange at the bottom of the blender with the rest of the ingredients on top. Blend away until everything is smooth. Serves 1-3
